Alliance Nationwide Exposition has the responsibility of receiving and handling all exhibit materials and crates for EXPO 2024. Access to loading docks at The Hyatt Regency Dallas is controlled by Alliance for a safe and efficient move-in and move-out.

Exhibitors may hand carry display materials, if the materials can be brought into The Hyatt Regency in one trip, but exhibitors can not use the freight docks unless their material is handled by Alliance. The use of dollies, flat trucks, and other mechanical equipment is not permitted by exhibitors. Alliance is not responsible for any material they do not handle.

Alliance handling charges (drayage) are based on the weight of the freight. Shipments are billed by the hundred weight and rounded up to the nearest hundred. Please see the Material Handling form on the Alliance EXPO 2024 website (coming soon).

• Freight deliveries sent directly to The Hyatt Regency Dallas will be received by Alliance on exhibitor move-in days only.

• Freight deliveries sent directly to The Hyatt Regency Dallas are subject to Alliance freight handling charges regardless of the consignee as Alliance is the official show contractor.

• If your freight arrives at The Hyatt Regency Dallas prior to the published move-in dates, the facility will take possession of the item(s) and charges will be incurred from the facility in addition to Alliance material handling charges.
